Grafana Cloud is technically excellent and uses the same open-source stack SecuMon builds on. The difference is legal and operational: Grafana Labs is US (under CLOUD Act), hosts on AWS, and bills in USD with a complex matrix. SecuMon offers the same product experience, in Québec, in CAD, with simplified MSP multi-tenant.

Do my Grafana plugins work on SecuMon?
Official plugins (Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, PostgreSQL data sources, etc.) and most community plugins are supported. For commercial Grafana Cloud plugins (Synthetic Monitoring, Frontend Observability) the mapping to our equivalent modules is in progress.
Migration from Grafana Cloud to SecuMon?
Simple migration since the stack is identical: export dashboard JSON, point agents (Grafana Agent / Alloy / OpenTelemetry) to SecuMon endpoints, remap alerts. Typical 1-2 weeks.
